Under the terms of the Program, Callidus customers can receive six months free subscription of Xactly Incent for signing and pre-paying a one-year agreement. Customers who sign and pre-pay a two-year term will receive one full year subscription of Xactly Incent for free.
Xactly Corporation combines deep domain expertise in automating sales compensation with the most effective delivery method, software as a service. The company's flagship application, Xactly Incent, is the world's first multi-tenant Sales Performance Management (SPM) solution. This on-demand approach delivers sales compensation automation and real-time web-based visibility at an affordable price. In many cases, Callidus customers can upgrade to this revolutionary application for no more than their current annual maintenance fees.
Whether compensating a direct sales team or indirect channel partners, Xactly Incent allows companies to easily create and manage compensation plans as well as, configure and distribute reports, which motivates the sales team before, during and after a sale.
Callidus customers can also take advantage of Xactly's deep integration and single sign-on capabilities with Oracle CRM On-Demand, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
"For years, we have had Callidus TrueComp customers, who have had enough of being stranded on old releases and paying large maintenance fees, coming to us to make the switch, so we thought we would make it easy for others to come and see what all the fuss is about," said Evan Ellis, COO, Xactly Corporation. "As we come up on our five year anniversary we recognize that Xactly Incent has matured to the point that we can handle even the most complex compensation challenges."
Today, Xactly is calculating more than $4 Billion in compensation across the world for companies such as Akamai, Aspect, Cablevision, Callaway, DHL, Dun & Bradstreet, Informatica, Motorola, PayPal, and Salesforce.com. World-class customers such as these are paying reps in more than 60 currencies and supporting over 18 languages.
"Callidus customers are in a precarious position as the company has announced plans to transition itself to an on-demand model," said Christopher Cabrera, Founder and CEO, Xactly Corporation. "We know the next 24 months will be difficult for the company and we want to provide their customers with a viable and affordable alternative."
TrueComp customers are encouraged to contact Xactly Corporation at 1-800-GO-XACTLY (1-866-469-2285) and mention the promotional code "ENOUGH".
