Wily Technology's Introscope application performance management solution has completed BEA
Systems Inc.’s Validation Program for WebLogic Server 8.1,
WebLogic Portal 8.1 and WebLogic Integration 8.1. Validation of Introscope 5.x by BEA assures
WebLogic customers they can continue to choose Introscope to proactively manage
and monitor their enterprise web applications, according to Wily. Validation of Wily’s latest release, Introscope 6, is scheduled for
completion in Fall 2005. Additionally,
Wily announced that Introscope supports BEA’s recently released WebLogic 9.
“BEA
and Wily have an extensive, successful history of working together to deliver
solutions that are designed to help drive and protect the performance of our
customers’ business,” said Larry Dino, Engineering Director at BEA Systems,
Inc. “Introscope is one of the leading
application management solutions available today. With the validation for the full suite of WebLogic
applications, and support for WebLogic 9, BEA customers can continue to select
Wily Introscope with confidence to monitor their business critical WebLogic
applications.”
The BEA Validation Program is designed to
provide a testing framework to verify interoperability and to ensure that partner
solutions are designed to complement, operate with, or extend BEA solutions. Partners can validate the integration of their
software applications and solutions with BEA WebLogic 8.1 or the
interoperability of Java controls and extensions with BEA WebLogic Workshop™
8.1. The BEA Validation Program is open to all partners enrolled in the BEA
Partner Program.
“Our
longstanding partnership with BEA ensures customers can leverage real-time,
proactive monitoring to achieve the highest levels of web application performance
and availability,” said Kent Smith, vice president of business development,
Wily Technology Inc. “We will continue
to work closely with BEA to deliver the integrated solutions companies rely on
to ensure their applications are meeting business goals.”
Introscope delivers
end-to-end visibility into real transactions—from the browser to connected
back-end systems—as they cross today’s complex, heterogeneous computing
environments. With Introscope, customers are
able to proactively identify and diagnose performance issues before their
business is impacted, ensuring that applications continue to generate revenue
and meet other mission-critical goals.
