SAN RAMON, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- eQuest today announced, through a partnership with TheLadders, that it will open a free job-delivery gateway for its customers to post unlimited jobs to the online job-matching service. eQuest customers also will receive unrestricted access to search resumes. With its recently announced Passport program, a free recruitment solution enabling employers and recruiters to post jobs and connect with pre-screened candidates, TheLadders will continue its partnership with eQuest to provide ongoing free-service delivery and postings to its site.
"eQuest and TheLadders have negotiated a win-win for eQuest customers," said Mike Dutter, Vice President of Global Sales at eQuest. "We are excited to offer our clients access to a robust feed system, enabling automatic posting of their jobs on TheLadders.com."
Additionally, TheLadders announced that its Passport service is accessible through mobile devices. Now, recruiters can receive free leads and communicate with candidates on-the-go with their Apple iOS-based devices. The free mobile application, Recruitable, is available at the iTunes App Store.
"Our continued partnership with eQuest ensures that our clients receive the best-in-class service they've grown to expect from TheLadders over the past decade," said Alex Douzet, COO and co-founder of TheLadders. "In an age where nothing is free, we're giving recruiters the keys to the city to find the best possible matches for their jobs, and by providing a mobile app, they can find these candidates whenever, and wherever, they choose."
