Revionics, Inc., the leading provider of End-to-End Merchandise Optimization solutions, announced today that it has opened a new office in London, UK and appointed Guillermo Rotstein, as Vice President of Sales for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA). In his new role, Rotstein will be responsible for strategic sales and business development efforts across the entire EMEA region.

Rotstein has over 15 years experience bringing big data, planning and optimization software technologies into the retail market. He joins Revionics from Oracle where he served as Senior Director, EMEA Sales Consulting and Business Development for their Retail Business Unit. Prior to this, he was the Europe Programme Director at ProfitLogic, a Price Optimization pioneer, that was acquired by Oracle. He also served in Presales and Consulting functions at i2 Technologies in Europe and as a Research Associate at the Centre for Process Systems, at Imperial College in London, where he developed and applied optimization models for the Process and CPG industries. Guillermo has a PhD in Applied Artificial Intelligence from the Israel Institute of Technology and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Sur, Argentina.
