Ms. Albert brings over 18 years of IT experience and an extensive background in customer support systems and processes. Over the last five years, Ms. Albert has focused on implementing and integrating RightNow solutions, with three years at a major consumer electronics manufacturer and another two years as the technology director for a consulting company specializing in the implementation of RightNow solutions. Ms. Albert has also been very involved in RightNow User and Developer communities, hosting the New York regional user group, speaking at several events including the CX Summit and presenting alongside RightNow product managers on numerous webcasts.
