Higher One, a leader in providing financial services and data analytics to over 1,250 college and university campuses across the U.S., today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of its OneDisburse Refund Management funds disbursement service with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0. Higher One, a Gold level member of Oracle® PartnerNetwork (OPN), provides OneDisburse Refund Management funds disbursement service to more than 600 campuses across the country.
Higher One’s proprietary service handles financial aid disbursements as well as related financial bookkeeping on behalf of the college or university administration. For the institution, this service cuts down on the time and cost involved in issuing paper checks and allows the business office to focus on other student needs. For students, this service provides access to faster and more convenient ways to receive a refund—and always at no cost.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers.
“We are especially pleased to achieve Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions for financial aid refund management systems in the higher education market,” said Miles Lasater, COO and co-founder of Higher One. “This proven integration gives our clients that extra assurance that, through Higher One, financial aid refunds will occur virtually seamlessly while offering students safe, electronic choices with ongoing support.”
“Oracle Validated Integration applies a rigorous technical review and test process,” said Kevin O’Brien, senior director, ISV and SaaS Strategy, Oracle. “Achieving Oracle Validated Integration through Oracle PartnerNetwork gives our customers confidence that the integration between the OneDisburse Refund Management funds disbursement service and Oracle’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 has been validated and that the products work together as designed. This helps reduce risk and improves the implementation cycles for our customers.”
