Adminovate, a privately-held consulting and solutions provider for the life, health and annuity industry, today announced two insurance industry veterans have joined the Adminovate Sales & Marketing Team. The addition of Jim Rourke as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Rich Yeni as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) provide greater depth and proven industry experience to the Adminovate team as the company prepares for the formal launch its forwardPAS solution.
In his new position, Jim will focus on establishing and spearheading the Adminovate sales and marketing strategy, while Rich will be responsible for driving global revenue through new sales and business partnerships.

With over 30 years of experience in insurance and technology, Jim Rourke’s career has included executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), InsPro Technologies and the insurance practice at Perot Systems. Jim also served as Chief Marketing Officer of AdminServer, where he led the sales and marketing team through major expansion, until the company was acquired by Oracle in 2008. Post-acquisition, Jim served as Vice President for Oracle Insurance.
Rich Yeni also brings a wealth of industry experience, with a history of 27 years and increasing responsibilities in insurance sales and marketing positions with leading organizations such as PMSC, SOLCORP and AdminServer. Most recently, Rich was a minority owner and corporate executive, leading the business development efforts at Andesa Services.
