His proven track record in this growing market will deliver value as our company continues to execute against its goals.”
Before joining SugarCRM, Cross was senior vice president for worldwide sales and services for Xsigo Systems, which was recently acquired by Oracle. “I’m very excited to join SugarCRM at this time in the company’s growth. SugarCRM is putting a strong focus on the customer experience by consolidating all key touch points with a common goal of serving our customers better,” Cross said. “I look forward to contributing my experience to the task of connecting with our customers at all levels.”
SugarCRM has also named new executives to its management team with a focus on sales and marketing. The new appointments are: Vincent Beese, senior vice president of enterprise sales; Lorna Heynike, senior vice president of marketing and products; and Anshu Agarwal, vice president of marketing.
