The Mobile Commerce News Weekly is an online newsletter made up of the most interesting news, articles and links related to mobile commerce and marketing, mobile payments, mobile money, e-wallets, mobile banking, mobile ads and mobile security that I run across each week.  I am specifically targeting market size and market trend information.

UK based start-up, Depop launched in April 2013 and has achieved 200,000 downloads from the App Store so far. According to TechCrunch, the app has been responsible for 200,000 items being sold worldwide, at a value of around €5 million. Read Original Content

Royal Bank is updating its mobile application to incorporate an augmented reality element. The augmented reality app is meant to help customers find the nearest Royal Bank ATM or bank branch.
