Rimini Street Expands Operations in Europe to Meet Growing Demand for Its Support Services

Rimini Street, Inc., the leading independent provider of enterprise software support for SAP AG’s (NYSE: SAP) Business Suite and BusinessObjects software and Oracle Corporation’s (NYSE: ORCL) Siebel, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, Oracle Middleware, Hyperion and Oracle Retail software, today formally opened its new office in London’s Canary Wharf to support its continued growth in the UK and Europe. The Company has achieved continued growth and client success in EMEA, reporting annualized revenue growth of 36.2 percent for the 12 months ended March 31, 2014. The Company also reported several new clients in the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic and Finland, further expanding its global footprint and presence in the region.

Rimini Street Opens New London Offices in Canary Wharf

Building on its growing success and momentum in the region, Rimini Street announced the opening of its newest location in London’s Canary Wharf. Led by Jill Harrison, Rimini Street’s managing director of Europe and Africa, the new office will support the Company’s continuing growth in the region.

“EMEA is an important, growing market for Rimini Street and we are committing additional resources to expand our footprint and capabilities in the region,” said Harrison. “I am looking forward to extending Rimini Street’s market leadership position in EMEA and helping European organizations benefit from total annual software support cost savings up to 90 percent, a highly-responsive premium service offering, and an extended lifespan of at least 15 years for their current Oracle or SAP software releases.”

Oracle and SAP Licensees in EMEA Benefit from Rimini Street Support

A broad range of organizations based or operating in the region – from public sector organizations and midmarket companies to global, Fortune 500 multinationals – have made the switch to Rimini Street independent support from Oracle or SAP. To date, Rimini Street has signed more than 60 Oracle and SAP clients in EMEA.

Clients are able to redirect the substantial savings to drive more strategic business or IT initiatives that directly affect the bottom line. Additionally, Rimini Street provides clients with a 24x7x365 highly personalized service model with a named, assigned Primary Support Engineer (PSE) that reduces the need for extra maintenance resources and headcount associated with inefficient vendor support.

Rimini Street Continues Aggressive Investment in EMEA

To meet growing demand for Rimini Street’s SAP and Oracle support services in EMEA, the Company continues to invest extensively in new resources and infrastructure, as well as sales and support operations. In the last 12 months, Rimini Street has doubled the number of Europe-based support engineers.

“We continue to expand Rimini Street’s presence in EMEA as a critical part of our global expansion strategy, bringing a more innovative and value-driven software support option to organizations that operate, or are based across the region,” said Seth Ravin, Rimini Street CEO. “The growing demand for Rimini Street support across EMEA makes this the perfect time to continue our investment in the region.”
