Key Performance Indicators for Business Intelligence to Be Presented by TriCore Solutions at Oracle Applications User Group

BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/06/14 -- TriCore Solutions, the application management experts, today announced that Kevin O'Rourke, Director of BI Services, will present a BI session at North Central Oracle Apps User Group's (NCOAUG) Summer 2014 Training Day. This one-day event on Thursday, August 14, will bring the members of the regional Oracle Applications community together with Oracle Corporation to share knowledge, ideas, tips and tricks. Kevin O'Rourke has over 20 years of BI experience and has lead dozens of successful and complex BI implementations, in addition to helping to build TriCore's BI and Data Warehouse Managed Services group.

WHAT:
Kevin O'Rourke will present, Best Practice in BI: Let Your Business Processes Drive Successful BI Analytics. In his presentation O'Rourke will discuss how fundamental to all BI programs is the core principle that BI platforms must be performance-driven. He will address how key performance indicators must be role-based, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time relevant. TriCore's GM of Business Intelligence, Chris Barbanti will also be available to answer questions about TriCore's BI services.
