Daston will lead the DISA Office of Information and Knowledge Management's efforts to provide a suite of software that comprise the DISA Intranet Services. DISA Intranet Services includes document management, content management, records management, identity management, application authentication and single-sign-on (SSO), enterprise directory (LDAP) management, enterprise search, and web server hosting services. In order to provide such services, the Daston team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in popular software technologies such as Computer Associates (CA) SiteMinder, Sun Identity Manager, SunOne Directory Server, Apache Regain Search, Oracle Database, Oracle/BEA WebLogic, KnowledgeTree, Microsoft ASP, and Adobe ColdFusion.
In addition to developing and delivering advanced IT solutions for DISA, Daston will provide expert integration services to provide the architectural and engineering know-how to adopt DOD Net-Centric Services for internal DISA use. Daston will also provide the expertise necessary for the Office of Information and Knowledge Management to deliver the Intranet Services in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment consistent with DOD's requirements for Net-Centricity.

Lastly, Daston will also provide the engineering staff to design, develop, implement, and maintain the Office of Information and Knowledge Management's customer applications such as the DISA Financial Management System (DFMS), and the Action Information Management System (AIMS) task management tool.
